Usually, when you're a bit flat like that it's because of improper breathing technique, very fixable if you're willing to learn.
I should know, because I'm working on the same thing too,
and am improving slowly but surely.
The two vocal weekly acapella chapters I belong to have people who will catch if you're 1/16th (or less!) flat or sharp from the key!
