I'm pretty sure that's a Microtech Gefell M930 And yes, it and the Neumann have similar shockmounts being that they're basically the same (from the same lineage).

Its not a Gefell M930 as the Gefell has a smaller body (I own one). Also, the Gefell and Neumann have very different shock mounts.

Looks like a mono-color version of a NADY SCM 960.
