What is your dream guitar?

I would build my dream electric. It would be a standard strat shaped body. Made out of Alder with a quilted AAA maple top. Rock Maple neck with a Rosewood fret board. 12" radius, 24 3/4 scale length with jumbo frets. Hum, single, single pick-up configuration. Seymor Duncan JB in the bridge position. Singles not sure yet. Volume no tone knobs. Five way switch. String through body fixed bridge. ;)

A sunburst or wine/burgundy Gibson Standard LP from the 60's or early 70's.

Obviously, my dream guitar would be a custom built one but I'm not worthy of that and will probably never be able to afford one.

With that said, a Martin OM35. $2,000. Maybe in a couple decades... :(

One that always stays in tune no matter what you do, sounds like a PRS Custom 22 into a Fender '65 Twin on clean, and sounds like a Gibson Les Paul into a Mesa Dual and a Marshall JCM800SL on dirty.

Yes, all that in one....amp sounds and everything. Oh, and it knows exactly what effect I want and when.

That's my dream guitar.

A new Jeff Beck Strat but with a less thicker neck, real nice guitar but the neck is just too big.
