The two 57s I got last summer at a yard sale for $25 are pretty decent, but the 58 I got for $45 in a store is pretty sweet too. Tossup.

You may be right.

The least common multiple of 57, 58, and 545 is 1,801,770.

57X58X545

= 545x3306

So 545 545s= 3306 57s and 58s.

Assuming 57s and 58s are equal, 1 545= 3306/545, =6 sm57 or 58.

A clear winner.
 
I don't know... it's kinda tough to beat the Nady........all those other ones you listed are out of its league!??!?!?! :confused:

The blue band makes me all hot and bothered. From now on, I'm ONLY buying mics with blue bands.
 
An SM57 is much easier to stick up the ass of the next person to ask which is better. I think Bluebear will favor that mic.

I think this is a trick question because I once heard someone say that the SM57 and SM58 were the same...I donno :rolleyes:

So I chose the Nady Starpower cos it has the funkiest name. :)
 
A mic up the ole pooper.....that could hurt. And I, for one, don't want to be next in line to use it. I think he should use the cheapest ones he can find for this. That way, they would just be disposable.... :D
