What interface should I have?

I have been thinking of getting a studio mic and interface so I can record directly into the computer. The Protools M-box is the first option the caught my attention, but I'm looking for a high quality sound so I thought I'd better ask you guys first. I don't need anything fancy, just a box into which I can plug the XLR and run a USB to the computer. I was considering possibly getting a Neumann TLM 67 microphone and I would like to have an interface that would match the quality sound output that I could record with that mic.
 
How many channels?

If 2 channels is sufficient, the Sound Devices USBPre2 is highly regarded, and prices at around $US650

If I was looking for a high quality interface to match the quality of your Neumann, I'd be considering the offerings from RME or MOTU--exactly which one would depend on your needs.
