That mixer only has two record outs (the main outs).

You can "fake" a couple with auxes, but you aren't going to get 8 independent channels out of that mixer.
 
A direct out on each channel. No idea if one exists lower than several times the cost of that mixer though - Not saying they don't - Just don't know of one. You might want to look into independent preamps also - Unless you need the board for some reason...

I just told you how you could do it with that Behringer. There are deals everywhere. I used the Berhi in that fashion when I was learning my was around my DAW. It worked great because it allowed me to run my headphone mix however I needed it without affecting the input to the computer. I was bummed that it bypassed everything until I realized that I could do more with plug ins than that mixer could do on it's channel EQs.
