What gear to I need to learn playing guitar the death/black metal way?

Uhm like hey,
I saw a used guitar, an Ibanez something, with 2 humbuckers - one by the neck and one by the bridge, and it costed like 200$... does it seem like a good buy?
also, I've seen BOSS metal zone MT-2, both used and new, should I get a new one or a used, or is it just a quality/price thing?
 
Fenders wont cut it for metal. You need humbuckers for metal or alse no matter what kind of distortion you get, your guitar will still sound weak. That ibanez sounds like it would be a good starting quitar for what you want to play. And Id say go for the used metal zone (after trying it of course). Boss stompboxes last a long time. Ive never heard of one crapping out or anything. I had one that somebody stepped on and broke some of the knobs off of and it still worked and sounded fine.
 
Go on Ebay...you can get a great Jackson for around $400-$700 and then get a BOSS DIGITAL METALIZER!!!

FINALLY!
I've bought the stuff!!
* An Ibanez... eh GiO I think it says on the head, used, really nice, black and stuff.
* A Riley XL10 amp... small little thing but it sounds as HELL! really nice distortion too. For now I don't need a Metal Zone.

And damn my fingers hurt after playing seven hours straight ;)
