What else do I have to Buy..??

Guys, I have a Guitar Rack with:
1.- Marshall 50/50 El34 Valves Power
2.- Marshall JMP-1 Pre amp.
3.- Lexicon MPX-G2 Multieffect.
4.- Midi Digitech 7 Multi Pedal.

So, What else do I have to buy to get a good sound without noises, etc..
Some bassists told me that for ex. an eq. mixer is not very necessary for a guitar player but very useful for a bassist.
I was thinking about a compressor and a Supressor(cabinet noise).
But, are they really necesary for a guitar gear ??

i recently worked with a guy who had a mesa boogie rectifying amp, the sound is incredible. other attenuators like the THD hotplate work as well. you can't beat the fatness of that tone, unless you have a nice room where you can turn your amps up to 11 of course....

I think a compressor or a gate of some sort might be a nice edition to your rack. Whether you "need" it or not is up to you I suppose. But the more routes you have, the more chance you have to make new orginal sounds with different combinations.
