this is soo cool to read,
but i can't write down my list since it changes every single WEEK ! or so...

i'vebeen buying and testing shedloads of equipment,
i'm just a young fella trying to find my right sound,

there's a few things that i like alot, like my SM57's, aint selling them,
and my AKG c414 ....aint selling that...

things i got for sale now;

joemeek VC8 fathead,
aphex aural exciter
5 channel handmade headphone amp
zoom player 3000 (guitar fx board)
alesis ra150 poweramp
m-audio Dman 2044

and maybe even my TC electronic triple c...but i'm gonna wait a few months with that...

the thing is,,,i'm always upgrading, i buy two compressors, compare them, and sell the one i like least..... that's how its been going for a while, and i love it, i get to see lots of equipment, and it doesn't cost that much,
cause sometimes i do earn some money when i sell stuff

my goal: i just want to have the real MINIMUM you need to record neat cds .... i discovered that i recorded BETTER demo cds with crappy equipment than with a SHEDLOAD...only because i worked like ten times harder with all that junk equipment

so right now i'm kinda handing out my compressors cause i'd like to have one kick ass stereo preamp...or comp..... but don't know what to get yet..;
i like joemeek... but theress more out there

:)

..just keep swimming...just keep swimming...

Some rather impressive lists there fellaz....I dont have anything but a Sh!tty karaoke mic
Garbage midi keyboard(casio)
and some cheap headphones

But I'll garauntee you that from the sound of my songs and beats that you would think I have a whole $1oo,ooo studio :D

Holla Back

mostly reason and nuendo. sometime I use Acid 4.0 but I dont like mixing in it. If I use acid I export each track and mix in Nuendo. i Love Reason. It rocks. and nuendo is the shit as well. I also use a mpc, 1200's for sampling from vinyl, and I have a decent midi controller for composition. My secret weapon is the kaoss pad. I can get some wacky sounds out of that thing.
For guitars I have a g&l commanche and a les paul. Mesa dual and a fender hotrod deluxe. for live drums I have a 60's gretsch 4 piece. I also have a old fender p-bass for live bass tracks. I love tracking the bass live and then writing a midi track with a bass synth to fill it out. I almost forgot the rhodes, and my hammond s-6 (stepchild hammond)

peace, love and all thats funky!
