Hello all,

We would like to invite you to participate in our official WaveLab online survey 2013!
You will only need about five minutes to complete it. Your responses are strictly anonymous, the data is coded and will be reported only in the aggregate.

Please start the survey here: WaveLab survey

Thank you very much for your time and support!
In name of Philippe Goutier & the Steinberg WaveLab team.

Best regards,
GN

I wish that there was a useable manual for it. I have Wavelab7 and I'm probably using 10% of what it's capable of. I don't have time for the poke and hope approach. A manual formatted like the one for Cubase would be nice.

I would second that.

I had to buy a $35 book to figure it out. Still haven't gotten around to reading it....

Wavelab is killer, of course. I swear it will play a JPEG if you ask it to.

No complaints here.

Cheers :)

You know, the first audio recorders actually printed the data as images....name of the device escapes me. They only just figured out how to play those images a few years ago.

Thanks for the link, however you shouldn't have to pay a third party in order to learn the navigation of a piece of software you paid a good chunk of change for.

Hello,

Yes, I am reading, I am aware that WaveLab 7 didn't come with a traditional Operation Manual, instead it came with a help guide. But for WaveLab 8 we do have a traditional Operation Manual like the one that we have for Cubase, you can download it from the following link.
I understand that for some it is easier to learn a software through tutorials and videos, instead of reading a manual.

Best regards,
GN

I've never used Wavelab but I just watched a video on the site and kind of want to buy it, just so I can frequently say "metadata dialog."
It's so tasty too! It's just like candy.
