Personly i have nothing against used gear... i think you can getter more for your money that way...
but just a warning... i'd steer clear of the Aardvark 20/20 ebay auction. The unit is a great unit but the seller doesnt have a clue, he could be a dodgy character....

I love used gear. But I agree with what was already stated beware of the source, and there are certain things that I will not use as well. Unless they are coming from a trusted sourse like a friend.

it all depends on the warranty, and seller of course... used equip should get at least 24hrs... but there are idiots buying hardware also, so it goes both ways no offence or intent involved in this statment...
NEVER deal with a shady reseller... NEVER** find a seller rating or forget it, period...
