I'm finding the biggest stumbling block to productivity is, for me, these damn addictive bulletin boards!

tvaillan: on the couch? that would put nearby sensitive recording gear in danger.

toorglick: more good points. Scratch vocals are better than nothing. Just got to get out of pig-headed mode, and not record vocals ALL NIGHT if I'm not getting any good takes. Record something else if vocals aren't going good; change the pace. At least the time will go to better use.

Take a break? Right now I'm installing new siding on my house. With our 98 degree days I'd love to have an "excuse" of a session. Shit, here comes another thunder storm. Gotta put the plastic back up!
