My thoughts:
I use to be an avid fan of EM.Personally,I cant believe what that lil fuck said.As an African American myself,it makes me look at EM in a whole new light.Though it was freestyled when he was a teen. What if 50/Dre do something to upset him.Does that mean he uses racial slurs towards them.he loss a slew of cool points from me..I'm out!!!

I have to disagree and agree at the same time. While i dont agree with yo rational i do think this is stupid. They had to dig up something when he was a kid..come on. Who hasnt said or done something racial or stupid in their teen years or as he said after he broke up with a girl. Think about some of the dumb shit we all have done after breaking up with somebody we really liked. (Not you hard brothers that wont admit emotion but you feel me tho).

If you look over the scheme Eminem has dont more as far as reaching back and giving back in rap than i have seen a lot of people do. D12 Ob Trice Fiddy cent, granted they might not have all been hitters but they started together and he got on and tried to put them on. DONT GET ME WRONG I AINT A STAN but i do respect what he has done and he is talented.

My thing is let russel simmons say he caught him on the racial tip or anybody else in the industry but Benzino. Aint no secret they got beef so his words are suspect off the top as far as em is concerned and vice versa. Thats like asking Ja to give a speach about fiddy. This is just like political mudslinging. They trying to turn the source into the National Enquirer. Or it could just be me tho. I cant call it. :D

P.S. Fingazz making a re-entry to the site bringing a controversial topic might not have been the best move or your part. but hey like i said it coud just be me tho.

Whoa! That sounds personal or something but I want the dirt, LOL. What happened Blue Bear? Reefer? You cant just post that and leave me hanging.

Just do a search on the usernames Reefer or DJ Fingaz

No Pressure Here!!!
That's Eminem and Benzino's Beef and like Soundboy said "Let the mud slinging begin".
It could only increase record sales! So even if Benzino comes out with a free sample of it in the next Source issue, it all will go in the trash where it belongs.
I'm a MUSIC MAN , that's what I do, I don't have time to listen to GARBAGE it would just be a waste of time..............

Feel me?

Is that right? I searched a few of his post and it seem like he tryna be a little too hard or just excited that he did jail time. Its all good though, I cant knock his hustle. Whatever tips his wagon is cool with me.

(Without giving this issue more than a few seconds of my time):

-Reefer's a little bitch (waa-waa, Reefie) :)

-lyrics aside, Em's actions speak louder, and he's no bigot!

-Benzino's a little bitch, and much less a has-been than a never-was (with the brief exception of Rock the Potty)

-Dave Mays is such a shit stain, it's sad, and by extension:

-The (new) Source is a sorry excuse for a hip-hop culture magazine, and is only worthy of wiping Dave Mays

Ain't shit changed here...

I am confused.

Did you just post this useless thread.

So who cares! If someone walks up to me and calls me a white ass cracker what am supposed to do.... call the paper and cry about it? People walk around acting like they are so fucking hard and then they cry like babies. BTW happy thanksgiving.

Of course this is wrong, but as a black man, I demand more from black artists than Eminem. Just some perspective:
  • Black artists disrespect black women in songs and videos every single day, and it's supported by black people, mainstream media, etc. It really disgusts me to see people demand a level of respect from white people that they don't have for themselves. "Fuck these bitches.. these hoes ain't sh-- WHAT DID EMINEM SAY?!? Did he just disrespect the Nubian African Mother of the Earth Princess Moon Goddess??"
  • No rapper in the last 5 years has disrespected women in general more than Eminem. His music is seriously offensive to women and homosexuals. If you don't have a problem with him blatantly disrespecting those 2 groups, but you take serious issue only when it applies to race, something's seriously wrong with you. The history of white on black racism is tragic, but so is the history of sexism, homophobia, etc. You could make a solid argument that slavery's much worse, but in 2003, derogatory statements (especially made by a popular white male) all carry heavy weight. Condoning, being entertained by, and buying one while bitching about this does make you a hypocrite. You can't deny this without putting up the most contrived of arguments.
  • Any black guy who says they've never made a generalization about white women is a liar. None of us would want to get famous in 10 years later, and have some things like this brought up from our past, especially something we did out of rage. It doesn't make it right by any means, but you can't equate this with wearing a white sheet and burning a cross in a black man's lawn. It's just simply not on that level, period.

image how quickly emenim would appologize if kathy hughes refused to play any of his or his labels songs on any of the radio one stations.

if Em had said Kike instead of N*gga, he wouldn't sell another record in this country before he issued an apology.

ask Charlie Ward or Michael Jackson or Jesse Jackson what happens when you make a racial statement (even in passing) against hebrew-americans.

black people shouldn't accept sh*t so easily.

but as far as the source is concerned, I don't want a white dude and his house n*gga telling me who can and who can not dictate hip-hop culture because they are then in effect dictating hip-hop culture.

hebrew-americans are an even larger minority than african-americans so why is there such a large disparity in the respect afforded to african-americans? the willingness to say NO and make your pockets hurt.

Beats me......oh I remember now....

The Holocaust!

All I know is

If Russell Simmons Got his back on the issue and has never met
Em then I feel everyone should get over this lil speed bump.
I know anyone who know's about Dave May's and Benzino know that the source has been hurting ever since the Shady camp got on their ass. This for them was a last hope or prayer to try to get something going. Then along with this story another one pop's up and guess who it's about??? Benzino ! The story was he had this white boston rapper on a track with him and he was telling him to use the N'Word Repeatedly. So if Zino care's so much about racism why would he do such a thing? Just my take on this thing.. Peace

Outlaws: hebrew-americans deserve more respect and concern for things spoken against their culture because of the holocaust? so the holocaust was more tragic than the middle-passage (where africans were transported from africa to america in the cargo section of boats sh*tting and p*ssing on their wives, and children? so the holocaust was more traggic than slavery? come on. hebrew-americans did not suffer direct persecution by this nation under its constitution.

Kevlar: I respect Russell Simmons as a business man, but why didn't he marry a black woman? it would be difficult for Mr. Def Jam to take a position supporting the black woman when he didn't marry within his race... that he loves so much. you telling me he couldn't find one sister to get with.

I do genuinely feel bad for the way blacks got mistreated back in the day, but one thing that makes me sick is that the white man gets blamed for slavery like we were the only ones doing it. Its nice how history usually passes over the fact that the people back then who brought the slaves over here actually bought them over in Africa. Bought. Say that with me. Bought. Ya....:o ...thats what I thought. The Africans enslaved people from other African tribes. Now why is the white man supposed to be sensitive to this issue again?

Oh by the way. No one ever tried to whip the black man off the face of the earth.
