First and foremost i take offense to the outright stupidity you are throwing at me.
nowhere in my post does it say you will pay for your sins or you should...im not a catholic nor a christian or muslim so i dont act like God will rain fire upon you or whatever race you represent for the crimes or blah blah blah

You CANNOT minimize the effects of the Slave Trade on the New World...as well as the other cultures that were subjugated with the same system and methods that were all spawned by that movement moment etc....Nor can you compare it to the Holocaust which was for the most part a localized atrocity.
Its effects were not part of a systemic global movement...at least it did not reach globally the way people portray it.

So many times people were asking me if all blacks really had a big dick and all sorts of crazy stuff.

Thats not cool. People dont want problems if they arent causing them. Thats what alot of the friction is about. Guilt. People dont want to feel guilty for something they didnt do. Its easy to be bitter about not getting something you want, Ive seen alot of people in a lot of different situations project their discontent on the easiest target. I think there is discrimination going on in at least small amounts, mostly by older white grandpas. Id agree that those guys may do some, but a small portion of them. And in relation to the hiring population as a whole? Im willing to see some alternate truths here, but I think the simple fact is that people in hiring posistions DO NOT LOOK AT RACE AS A FACTOR AT ALL when choosing. They look at the degrees. The college attented. The community service. The test scores. Its as simple as that. Cause most people of this generation are not racist, and they sure as hell do not have superiors at thier company telling them to hire according to race! That doesnt happen! LOL its illegal and people dont want to do it anyways! This is the atmosphere of most businesses I pretty strongly believe at this point. Now If you had some kind of studies showing equally qaulified black males got hired less Id be very interested to see them. But I just dont think, in 90 % of the cases thats true anymore. You think professors change they way they grade depending on color? Are you mentally insane! cmon do you really expect me to belive that on a wide scale college professors are giving minority students lower grades?! This is almost as far fetched as an X Files episode! Most professors are normal people like anyone else and are not racist. Especially professors, beacuse theyll be a little more educated and enlightened than your average person. Not that it matters, but most professors at universites dont know their students personally anyways and wouldnt know their race....You must really believe that alot more people are racist than is really the truth my friend. 2000 Graduated with B.A. Philosophy, with completed minors in Computer Science (my real field), Creative Writing and Criminal Justice.
These are my academic accomplishments as a student.
With no color...its the part about them seeing a 6 foot 180 lb brownskinned man in a suit that seems to sway them away from utilizing me.
My work experience is on the same level as academics...saving companies hundreds of thousands of dollars in book keeping errors and streamlining their data operations.
No i never worked at a gas station or a mcdonalds...so dont get all funky on me.
But im not kidding myself a positive outlook is knowing you're the nigga in a suit. That means you know what your odds are.
Not knowing is suicide.
BTW interesting anecdote. I met this kid who drove cabs part time in Jersey who explained to me his little life story.
Apparently he could never score high grades in college when it came to term papers...he was doing college level work in high school..you know getting college credit for what he did and he got A's in highschool
SO anyways he didnt see this kind of grading going on in highschool and he knew he wrote good papers.
So he gave his roommate who happened to be in the same class as him ...his paper that he wrote and he took the paper his room mate wrote.
His roomie was white and of course the kid im talking about was african american..
Well strangely his roommate got an A on the paper he didnt write whilst the black guy got a gentlemans C.
He confronted the professor about his interesting grading methods and was expelled from Rutgers when he learned that he hadnt wrote the paper he handed in.
Strangely the white roomie was not expelled.
Ive read my class mates papers before and it makes no sense how they get A's. The same principles that get you a C will get ignored so that they get an A.

however i fail to believe any of you naive Americans will believe it.

College professors are normal people...the majority of college professors are normal white people.. This is not a falsehood.
In my experiences as a Bachelors degree holding Hispanic or Black or just not white male...i have had my fill of experiences with how college professors grade and if you ask around you might find out im not a talking head but a victim.
Black people have something to prove.
How far fetched is that to prove in a society that is so hell bent on affirmative action being rescinded that they still only cling to same cliched statements??
People that dont deserve this or that because of their grades or experience.

When you want to believe something youll bend the truth any way you can to see it that way. I think thats waht your doing considering all you seem to be focusing on is the discrimination. I believe your right that could have happened with the college paper. Im sure its happened before. But, your paranoid if you think more than a minute percentage of professors do that, and that those cases arent diminishing rapidly. Im pretty in touch with the white community, i know alot of prfessors as well as other middle aged people. Im not naive. Race is a non issue among whites. Racism is against the popular belief and is very taboo in ANY kind of social situation. So most professors are white? Does that mean you think most white people are racist? Thats just sad man. What intrigues me about you is that when you dont know for sure what the cause is you seem to go to racism first. Ok you have achievements, I never said you didnt. Ive had achivements too. I had a 3.9 GPA on a 4.0 for one thing. There are loads of jobs Ive applied for and didnt land them. Do you really know you were the most qualified for the jobs you applied for? You probally didnt even know the resumes of the other applicants did you? But you still come to a conclusion that racism was the cause huh? That makes some questions for me.
Maybe the interviewer could tell in you personality that you were always scanning white people for doing something wrong, and that was the only reason you didnt get the job. That would be ironic.
