Listening on laptop speakers... Sounds solid. Sounds are good. Flows are pretty solid. Nice work on the recording.

As far as topic... Sounds like ya hating to me. I feel where you coming from though... I hate some of that shit my damn self. Fact is that's just how some cats get down. Shit I kick it like that every now and then. Right or wrong I really just can't call it... All I know is some of that shit is actually kinda tight and some street cats are living good off that shit. As for the shit I don't like I just try to offset that by doing the type of music I wanna see on the streets. I just don't knock cats for what they do.

Guess I got that filth in my blood to.:(

Well done song... Just not really wit approach to the topic.

Keep em banging though. Peace.

My sis moved out to Dallas a month back. I plan to stay there a week or 2 when I drop the next CD. Tight city. And I didn't even get around like I wanted to.

Jig,

I like the group name. So you want advice on how to make "Boom Town" tighter.

Well, the vocals are unintelligible more often than not so I would raise the levels there or lower the track. Also it sounds like you have some sort of pad instrument sustaining a note throughout the song that is competing with the vocals, I would get rid of that as it doesn't really add anything.

I would consider more of a consistent bass line and adding some more low end to the kick. The 808 boom you have going is cool but is too low to cover the midbass territory. The kick and bassline changes I suggested should remedy this.

Maybe add some more changes and/or drops to keep the track interesting. Other than like, I like the flows and percussion you have going on. Nice work.
