What do I need

O.K people,heres the deal.I've got the emu 0404 soundcard, a spare computer keyboard, mouse etc. so what I really need is just a tower. My question is, if I get one made up, what specs would you reccomend that will give me performance without breaking the bank.I assume I'll need x-p, but other than that I'm open to suggestions.
