Hi. I'm interested in recording my own CD through the computer, but I really have no clue on how to go abouts doing this. What do I need to buy to do this? I have a Dell Dimension 2340, will that work? Do I need to get a whole new modem or is there some kind of software I can hook up? Any type of equipment I'll need? I just basically sing with one or two background instruments, but I'd like to add more to it if neccessary. Not a big deal. Anyway, if anyone knows any information that I could use I'd love to hear what you have. If there are any web sites that could help me out there that would be great, because I really have no idea about anything. All I know is that I want to record my own music onto a CD. So if anyone could explain to me how this works, I'd greatly appreciate it. Thank you very much.
