What DAW Sotware Allows Mixing in 5.1 surround?

I understand it can be done in several programs via some manipulation, but which programs are designed to mix in 5.1 out of the box? I know Sonar advertises it, but it doesn't appear to be a common spec...

Mac or PC-based software, doesn't matter.
 
Anybody know if MOTU Digital Performer does?

And also, is it likely that the current DAW software running on 32-bit platforms will offer 64-bit in their next upgrades?

Nuendo and Sonar 4 Producer Edition do. I see no mention of native 5.1 support on the product page for Cubase SX.

Sonar 5 does. It will be shipping this month:

I realize Sonar is going 64 bit. Do any others have it in the works?

Thanks Halion for reinforcing what I said, for some reason brzilian has been saying that I dont know what Im talking about :mad: . Damn and I run SX3 myself.... So for the comment he made in his post I hope he feels stupid! :D
 
Samplitude....there's practically nothing it doesn't do.
