You guys need to be careful...we dont need to cause any confusion that might DELAY his purchase. We have nothing to GAIN here...just trying to help him decide between PC or Mac. Just give him the facts...nothing fictitious or DISTORTED that might confuse him anymore, Alesis thats what I think we should do. What Im saying is we should FOCUSRITE on the question. OfCHORUS, It would help if the person giving the advice owned both or had extensive use with both.

I agree, no need to REVERSE his ideas of what a comp. really is. Judging by his website, he's obviously a verbal EXCITER, and needs a computer to make tracks that COMPRESS his rivals. I would'nt be too supprised if he GATED the idea of buying a Mac, as they are quite expensive and lack a GRAPHICal interface. However, that being said, I do CHORUS the idea that his purchase is his decision and we need not PITCH him anything. He should buy a computer that ENVELOPEs all of his needs.
