What cables or USB device to get MIDI into computer?

I'm looking for a low cost way to get standard MIDI signals for a DIN type cable into a PC.
What are low cost solutions?
I think Creative used to have a cable for their sound cards but I could never find that right cable.

Anyone point me to a source?

midiman midi sport or other generic midi interface
 
Old computers with a gamepad port used to accept a cable which provided midi IO.

A lot of the soundblaster cards used to have this.

Not many computers would have it now though, so if you don't go with the above.
 
I bought a no name brand Chinese Midi/USB device off ebay for about $8 when my good $90 Edirol one was stolen and the $8 one works fine.

Yeah, just do an ebay search for midi to usb cable and you'll see them cheap.
