OK.... This is theoretic, since I'm not in possession of a MIG-50 amp YET, but I am looking, bidding on ebay as I speak. I want one.

Now, here is a sound-sample of my current rig:
http://serif.pp.fi/paskaa/STE-002 (master).wav

I am pretty content with it(sound).. nice jet-engine kind of growl there.. LP baritone-->Mesa v-twin--> Fender 185 pro. Recorded with a Zoom H4.:o
Not sober, sorry about the playing..:o

It could have more clarity, but I like the bassyness, and the midrange. There is a BBE sonic stomp in the FXloop, but turning the highs up more makes it too piercing..:(

Now with a Mig-50 head, what cab setup? 2x12", 4x12" and what speakers???..
I know you guys are more in the know than I am.. so thanks in advance!

:(

You posted a link to a 22MB wav file? I dont think too many people are gonna download that huge file just to hear a clip of your guitar rig.......but I've been wrong before.

You dont have any way to convert that to an MP3?

That was hilarious! At first I thought you were being serious. When I listened to the clip I almost pissed my pants laughing. It sounded like a guitar that someone dropped down a flight of stairs, playing through a Pig Nose amp mic'd inside of a toilet bowl. :D

Soundchaser, the 61 kbps modem was yesterday 20 years ago.Yes, I have means to an mp3, have you means to interweb or soundquality?.. But thank you for the effort of reply.
Ocnor, you are a true gentleman. And have ears of a rabbit, I'm sorry the recording is a mess, but the character of the overdrive/dist is there. That, is my question, how to keep that character, the "toiletbowl", and not to turn it to the characterless sizzling of modern majority?
Oh. thank you both for being helpful. Seriously.
