Other than the 2 track simultaneous record limitation of HS2002.

I also don't see in the screenshot the "fader" view of Sonar. You can do everything from the track view like I see in the HS screenshot, but Sonar also gives you the ability to see the board as multiple faders, like a mixing board. Its a big improvement.
