Im looking for a volume pedal and I cant figure out what advantages really a Stereo volume has over mono, Doesnt a volume pedal really do mono stuff anyways?

Why would you need a Stereo Volume Pedal?

Well...if you want to control the volume of a stereo signal, then you'd need a stereo volume pedal :)

The outputs of a lot of devices are stereo...keyboards, guitar effects, etc etc.

With a mono pedal, you would need to put it before any stereo effects. This is fine, but the pedal will have no control of the effect. For instance, if you have a stereo delay, the volume pedal will only change the original signal, but the repeats which have already been triggered will not have their level changed.

For a short time, I used two volume pedals, one before and one after, so that I could get both effects. It was a bit much to think about.
