I like the vocal a lot. Sounds similar in style to flamenco singing, oddly. Drumset sounds great to me. The band's performance is very good rhythmically. The guitars seem a little muddy though.

This is probably one of the only recordings in this genre where I can actually understand what the vocalist is saying :D Just kidding - it's just that the vocals are so nice and clear and I like that. Followed up with gritty vocals later but always retains the clarity.
I have no problems with this mix at all - I especially like the "feel" of the guitars. Thick and creamy.... Everything is very well played, recorded and mixed....

:) :D :) :D

Real stomping bass - well done.
The only thing I'd change would be one of the guitar tones - I'd rather hear some "natural" sounds but I know that doesn't really belong stylistically.
The "sung" vocal is really good - quite powerful though perhaps just a bit too loud.

Thanks for the comments. I am still not liking the vox at all......

SHIT, that sounds good.

The vocals aren't bad at all, just a bit too loud, I like the gritty, still audible parts best, but the clean parts are not bad either.

..heavy-ass guitars. :D

Are ya singing yourself? ..no-one likes his own voice. (any sane dude anyways)

..good job.

Nice one Gunnar...good mix on those drums. Love the guitar tone for this. As far as the vocals, I think they sit a bit too far out front. Maybe just dropping them a db or two would help. They don't seem to sit within the mix. The dude did a good job with them, as they sound fine...just a bit loud, or something.

Cool song. Love the music alot...nice punch to it.

Man, this mixing is very nice and very tight. I like the guitar tone quite a bit. If my guitars sound like that, I'd like that. :)

The vocals sound really cool 'coz they're sung but unsettling 'coz you don't really expect anyone to sing anymore. You just expect to growl like they're being gutted.

Mix sounds really nice. Pretty cool music composition for the whole track.

Wow. Heavier than a pair of concrete gumboots. The vocals are a bit up front and don't seem to blend properly during the verses. They fit a lot better when he growls & screams. Maybe some dirty fast release compression, modulation, double, delay and & pan..just something in the verses to make 'em 'different'. Everything else rocks

Thanks guys.

I am going to cut some mud out of the guitars and do some more work on the vox, and I'll re-post something.
