Hi - In using reverb as an aux send, there are wet/dry settings on the plug in itself as well as being able to adjust the 2 settings at the aux return. Does it matter where I do it - for the best sound? Thanks

Depends on how your software has the effect in the signal flow. Many applications are different. One thing is for sure, if you're splitting the signal off of an aux, and the original signal is still being heard, don't mix more dry signal back into your mix from the verb. It'll sound phasey and bad. Try it, and you'll see what I mean.

Usually the reverb unit will be set to 100% wet and you blend in the amount via the aux send and return.
However, there is nothing wrong with making any other adjustments to suite your desired outcome.
