Went to an estate auction today...

and picked up an old slingerland drumset, an onstage mic boom stand with mic clip, electric drum pads, drum hardware, and a slingerland magnum snare for $7.00! Of course I had to endure lots of mud standing in the bitter cold for a while but it was worth it.
 
That's the same thing I was thinking. There was hundreds of people there and not a single person wanted any of these. Everyone wanted to bid on the telescopic/boom mic stand that sold after I bought these lol.
 
Nice! It's amazing the stuff you find at estate auctions and especially how cheap. I bought my first car that way.
