Two days ago i bought a CryBaby 95Q Wah Pedal from Sam Ash. It worked well the first night but then the next day it stopped working for me. So I take it back and the employee plugged it in and it worked just fine there. Now tonight i take it back and i plug it into a different amp and it will not work again. I changed my cables and everything and no good. I plugged my guitar in with both cords i used without the wah and it played through my amp. I'm stuck and I'm not sure what to do, please help.

P.S. i can hear the effect work through the amp, but for some reason my guitar isnt playing through it.

I changed it three times before i took it in. The person at Sam Ash even put in a new one but when i got home, no good.

The cable you are using from the guitar to the wah doesn't have a stereo plug with the ring (middle connector) not connected, or shorted to the tip on the end that plugs into the wah, or TRS on both ends does it? Using something like that will prevent a battery operated device from working.

Not to be insulting, but you do have it plugged in correctly, yes? Guitar to wah input, wah output to amp?

haha yes i did have it in the right inputs, i even switched them to make sure.
