weird phase problem

recentely I made an entire song in Reason, except for the vocals. I quickly recorded the vocals realtime as audio in CEP and instead of normal wave file, I got this strang curve, which I hink is a phase problem. I don't hear many problems when I play it though..

anyone an idea what the problem mught be?

Can you post a small sample of the result somewhere, or a picture of the "strange curve" you speak of?

If you "don't hear many problems", what exactly is it that you're concerned about?

you would be able to hear a phase problem, and you would also very likely NOT be able to see it.


if you don't hear any problems with it, then there are no problems with it - period.

why not post a picture of this strange curve thing so we can decipher what it really is?

Are you sure it's not a problem with polarity or dc offset? DC offset looks like the center line is off...reversed polarity looks backwards or upside down (depending on how you think of it).
