WeedTunes? Anybody heard of em?

I got a bunch of my tunes converted to .wma files by WeedTunes.com.
Apparently the way it works is you post your songs anywhere you want or give em away on CD.
When a person plays the CD on their computer, each song will only play 3 times before taking them to a website where they can purchase it if they wanna continue listening to it.

Has anybody tried this yet. I got my songs converted but I can't even download the files or try em yet cause I'm on a Mac.

I don't want anybody to buy em or anything but can somebody just check these & see if they actually work...

I tried it.

Didn't work. I'm behind a work firewall though. maybe if I didn't have the security, it might have worked.

I attached an image of the error I received when I tried to stream one your wma's.

I'm running XP Pro at work.

Just put something up about this on www.indiemusician.com. CD Baby is now involved, so that should give the format a boost.
