I have never got much into alignment stuff and I thinks its time.
This was the first time I went looking for one of these and there it was. :)

From looking at the meter range and probes I'm going to guess it's a T2-H7-UM. When you get it, look on the face of the meter behind the glass. Right under where it says "Tape Tension" is the model number.

Let me know if I guessed right. :)
