I've got a portastudio, I think it is a 246. Maybe a 234?
It is a nice 4 track cassette, 4 analog VU's, 3 3/4 ips. I paid about a grand for it new.
There is a loose fader knob and the index counter is not very accurate, but it records and plays 100%. I have the original (tired) box and the manual.
I need to roll an old project off before I part with it. Should only take a few hours. If you want it, then I can finally get to that. Let me know, and I'll drag it out, send you a pic.
