I want to find someone getting read of any analog 8-track decks. I'm looking to spend around $300.00-$500.00 if the right unit turns up. Preferably in working order with clean heads.

Look on e-bay. You can't swing a dead cat without hitting an analog eight-track machine over there.

tascam tsr-8 on ebay. it's the best 1/2" around.

The problem with buying stuff like that on ebay is shipping, and the inability to examine the goods, head wear, motor functionality etc.
Look for one locally, they are around.
