I got a 21" widescreen View Sonic from Buy.com for $200-something. It's a GREAT monitor. I use it as my main monitor and my old flat panel is used for plug-in's and my TotalMix monitoring for my RME.

whats the real difference between a flat panel and an lcd ?
or am i confused?

anyway, the 22inch dell looks better than the acer one actually. even though a few bucks more expensive.

LCD is flat panel. but so is plasma. just different types of flatscreens

Yup I have two of those side by side, But I only paid $175 a piece for them.

I personally don't like Viewsonic (We have had a lot of LCD's go bad, or have more than tolerable, dead pixels.)


The best picture viewable I would have to say is the NEC GX (I think) series though it only goes up to 19"
