want to find somehting to solo to

does anyone know any good sites to be able to download a rythm track so i can just play it in the background and practice my scales, and solos too?

I want to find either blues or metal type rythem. Definately distortion, because im working on my sweeps and arpeggios.

Do a search for "backing tracks." There are tons out there.

awesome thnaks, the closest guitar center is like... 40 miles away :[ its a bitch to get to. theres a sam ash right netx to me though, but i hate that place... the one near me royally sucks, its known as the "worst" sam ash of all the sam ash's

just my luck :]
