wallplates for microphones/headphones

I want to add a microphne and headphone connection to my vocal booth. How do I get the wallplate for this and then how would I connect this to my mixing board ?

How would you hook it up? Well, I guess that depends on your mixer or your set-up. Your manual might give you an idea.
 
Also Markertek carries a great variety of wall plates. As far as connecting them up, you can solder cable or get plate mountable through barrels. This is something that markertek carries that will allow you to use standard mic & trs cables. The headphone trs might be special order though.

If your in a enviroment that has a lot of electrical noise you should use metal boxes if you decide to use solder panels.
