Wall plates in booth?

I have a decent booth & I'm currently running the mic & headphone cables under the doors.. Which sucks because A) It looks crappy & B) people trip over them..

I'd like to put xlr & 1/4" wall plates in, (or a combo plate) but I'm wondering if this is going to effect the integrity of my signal... Or is it fine & I'm just being paranoid?

I've seen the brand "proco" around, but I'm not familiar with their quality.. I know switchcraft is ok.. But is there a brand I should be aware of that is the absolute best without comprimise?

Thanks!

You are just being paranoid. This is the way it is done.
Proco is good quality, as is nuetrik, switchcraft, etc.

Unless of course you suck total ass at soldering/wiring, that might result in a less than accurate signal.
