VST Plugins,Please Help

How do I enable VST Plugins? I downloaded a few DirectX, and a couple of VST, The directx plugins(blueline) came right up. Is there something else that I have to download to be able to use the VST stuff?
 
You may have to put the .dll file for the plugin in the VST folder of N-Track....
 
Okay...

Forgive me. I'm not just new to n-track, I'm very new to computers in general. So how do I go about doing this. I've even managed to erase what was in the VST plugin path box in my preferences. What should it say in that box? And how do I put the dll. files in the right place?

Thanx, Anyways. I guess I just need to keep playing with it. But, I'm sure I'll have more questions in the next couple of weeks.
