Just played at the Victoria Highland Games all weekend and a friend showed up with a set of Virtual Bagpipes. They rock!
So I did a bit of searching on Monday and sure enough, bagpipe VSTs are getting much better.

Which ones did you find that sounded good ? On the Celtic Instruments CD, some of the pipes are OK but some of them sound like synths !

Some nice samples at the bottom of the page. The first one has more of a Breton sound and the second, a blend of Highland & Small Pipes.

I had another but I can't find it for stupid "Stealware" sites that are popping up.
