VST instruments in Cubase AI 10

I recently acquired a Cubase AI10 and have not been able to transfer VST instruments to Cubase.
I watched tutorials and still can't do it. Can someone please help??

Do you mean that the .dll files don't get picked up in the path, or they do and they won't run? Have any worked properly? Need more info on what you have done, tried and failed at.
