VST and SF7

I am WAY ignorant in all of this, so please have patience with me...

How can I use VST plug-ins with SF7? Does SF support VST (and I am just missing the "How To") or do I need some sort of adapter (If so, where do I get one)?

I don't remember seeing either VST support, or VST integrated into SF 7.0 in the specs.

I have SF 6.e and had a problem with a plug in. Well as soon as they found out it was VST they went ...click! :mad:

I use Cakewalk VST Adapter and Directixer that may work in SF7 as well as it works in SF6. In other words it works 'a lot of the time' but when it doesn't - forget talking to support.

I use Sonar whenever I want VST to do its' job and not have to worry about it.

You can use a wrapper.

I will post you a link to a freeware/shareware wrapper.
