As many members that place has...the Planet has to get back up & running...too many folks like us depend on that place!
Hey Rich....great song...Farm Boy. How did you get the acoustics to sound so damn good? I've got a 12-string and I'm fighting to get that sound. Are you using any compression/effects on the input? I'm running a small condenser at the 12-fret and a large condenser near my ear...and that's the best I can get so far...

As this process was all done by automated emails, with no human beings at the other end in the process, the admin change was misinterpreted as a request to change Hosts. Then it became a matter of using the same stupid system to get the DNS # pointed back at the correct Host. As of midnight tonight (7/5/01) this information has been updated correctly, and now it is simply a matter of time for the changes to propagate throughout servers worldwide. So, the Planet could be up soon, or it could take up to 72 hours."

Planet is up!
I just got in, but apparently others have had access since around 9:00 AM EDT today. So, if you still can't access it, it will just be a matter of time.

...it's up!! wheeee-ew.... Messing with websites myself...I though that might have been them problem since I checked their DNS pointer has changed to propagation.com from host4u.com from one day to the next....
