VR800 pops?

Newbie to the group

Here my basic recording setup:

VR800
Korg 168RC Digital Console
Wavecenter ADAT card for computer

Sometimes during playback and when recording to the computer I hear a loud pop, kinda like a static charge releasing. It doesn't happen at the same spot all the time so I know it's not on the recording. If it is indeed static what suggestion with this equipment would you suggest to get it grounded. Thay are all sharing the same power strip at this point, so they're sharing a common ground I would suppose. Have any other VR800 user experienced this, I can't determine if the cause is the recorder or the console.

If you are using digital I/O's you need to have the VR800 set to the same word length and samplerate as any other digital units. Also, one must be master over all other slaves. If you know all this, just disreguard it.
