Voice recording in CEP

Does anybody can help me about voice recording
I want reverb for the vocalist
when we record voices (the conrolling signal for
vocalist is only dry (no effect on it)).

any ideas

Gonna need more info. What is your signal chain? (Vocalist/Microphone/???) Are you expecting to hear reverb while recording? If so, CEP/AA can only add real time effects during playback.

in multi track his the fx button for the corresponding track and select the reverb you want

i want discribe the problem in mor detail,
i have all the instruments recorded perfectly, the only
thing to be done is voice recording.
We can play the instrumental an record the voice
but the vocalist want to hear a little reverb during recording
and that is the problem that i cant solve.

hope this is more clear explained

signal chain is easy it just a AKG Kondensor mic with
phantom Power this goes directley into a creative audigy ex
microphon input (this works fine) the listening chain is
a Behringer powerplay Headphone amlifier driven by
line out fron Audigy

You can't use Cool Edit to put reverb on a track while you're recording it. If you want to do that, you have to use an external reverb unit.

but where in the signal would you insert the fx unit so it can be heard by the vocalist with a pair of cans but without recording the reverb???

If you have a small mixer like the Mackie 1202 VLZ, you could use the insert on the mic's channel to feed the input of your soundcard, then use one of the aux sends on the mixer to send the signal to an external reverb, then return the reverb either into an aux return or an empty stereo channel, you could also bring the stereo output from your soundcard (pre recorded tracks) into another stereo channel on the mixer.
