If you make a reference to a specific example of a vocal effect you want to achieve and ask how it's done, people may well be able to tell you. If you are simply asking people what effects to use on your vocals, it's unlikely anyone will guess what you are wanting to achieve or how to do it with your recording that noone's heard.

after i install it how can i find it on my cubase? it went to vsts plugins but i can never find my add ons

Your plug-ins should be saved to the C:\Programs (x86)\VST folder. Then in your DAW, you need to tell it update the list each time you download more plug-ins.

The effects you reference could be a simple Doubler that changes pitch a little as well as a slight delay, or a chorus effect, or it could be Autotune (blech!), or a pitch plug-in that creates a harmony part.
