Anybody knows a software or a plugin that i can tranpose a vocal without change the pitch of the wav?

Transposing changes the pitch...I'm not sure what you are asking.

he probably means transposing the pitch without stretching/shrinking the time.

Pitchshifter may be what your looking for although I dont know of a standalone plug-in.
I have one in Logic and one in Waves Gold.
