which reverb would be best for a good sounding voice on cool edit 2 and with out over doing the reverb?

Experiment. Use the preview function or, if you must hear it with the whole mix, try each one and then undo. There's no one reverb that works, which is why there are so many choices.

The presets are nothing more than "starting points". Each vocalist is different, and you should take the time to make a custom reverb for each artist respectively, to get the optimal reverb for their voice.
Start with a preset you think sounds half-way decent, and manipulate it to your liking.
