I am using cubase for my little studio and would like some tip in mixing
what are the standard for good level of eq and reverb

Lots of bass, lots of treble, screw your mids, and lots of reverbs.

Two easy steps to be professional, and its information commercial studios don't want you to hear! It'll put them out of business!

Also, nice thread bump that has nothing to do with the original topic.

Wow...

How about a decent preamp with a strong but not clipping line level signal run through a compressor utilizing a decent condenser mic that suits the vocalist's voice? Then it all depends on the genre. Oh, and use the search function. The answers are out there about a billion times over.

Try...

Using an eq to cut out the lows below 90 hz, compress the peaks with about a 3:1 ratio with a fast attack and release, boost a decibel or two around 5k, add enough reverb and delay that you can just barely hear them, then back them back down a little (you don't want to be able to really "hear" these effects, just sort of "sense" their presence). Just some real general suggestions.

When making hooks take 5 takes pan 1 to 0db 2 to 30 and 2 75% that's left and right

to make vocals crsip boost highs in the eq and cut 200db

compress 5:1 and you should be good with that

if not you need to trouble shoot were your recording if you don't have a good take from jump why waste time mixing it?
