What are the best kind of microphones I can use to record my vocals? I want my vocals to sound really good and clear when I record my music.

Your help will be appreciated..

Mics range in price from less than $100 to several thousand $. what's your budget?

Anything from a lowly Shure SM57/58 to a Neumann U87 will work... depending on the voice, the your other gear, and your budget!

If you ask for the best "kind" of mics for vocals.
I'd say condenser.
That kind is the most widely used in studios around the world.

The price range will be from around 200 up to "many digits"

But remember that some voices sounds best with a dynamic and some with condenser/ribbon.
Some voices will be best trough a Autotune and some will be best not heard at all.

Rode

I hunted around for a good Large diaphragm condensor for some time and bought the greatly price reduced
Rode NT2. Requires phantom power and a great deal of respect when handling, but it will make you sound clean as a whistle...!
