What exactly did you have in mind? Or did you want the full list of approximately 1,467,899 pieces of rack gear that you could get to process vocals?? ;)

:p

Geez, Bruce, I could only come up with 1,467,898 pieces of rack gear for vocals. What am I missing here?

Oh wait - are you counting the Antares Autotune as an "effect". Yeah, that's probably it. Never mind.

Where were you guys looking? I dont know anything about equipment, and i went to musiciansfriend.com and searched for vocal effects and only came up with that crappy DOD thing. I was thinking delay, distortion, chorus, stuff like that.

I was also looking for quality pedal-style vocal effects.

Harvey... yeah, I know that Autotune probably shouldn't count........ :D

Anima... the sarcasm slipped right past you obviously - but you're new so that's ok...
There are many choices available to provide a wide variety of effects, so your question is too vague to answer.

There's no such thing as "quality" pedal-style effects -- most are decidely lo-fi by design. You should look at some of the entry-level Lexicon multi-effect rack units... but there are many out there to choose from in a variety of prices and quality levels.

Anima,
If you're doing computer recording, there are many effects in most of the software recorders/multitrackers. There are also tons of programs (some free!) called plug-ins. These are third party effects that you can use from within the software. Never truly as good as the 'real' effects you get from outboard gear like Bruce recommended...
