Was not sure where to post this seeing as it's not really a vocal technique....

The effect that I'm asking about starts at the 35 second mark.
It's very ambient and I assume there is reverb used and maybe a delay, just have tried a bunch of settings and I can't seem to duplicate it very close at all...
If there are any plug ins recommended, please let me know. I am currently just using the reverb and delay that come with GarageBand.
I also have Auto-Tune EFX if that's needed, but my voice is not very pitchy.
